The album sold millions of copies worldwide and also won Hill three Grammy Awards. The song "There You'll Be", that she composed for the Pearl Harbor soundtrack, was a huge success worldwide and became her top-selling single in Europe. Hill's next two albums Cry(2002) and Fireflies(2005) were both commercial hits. Hill won a Grammy Award for "Cry", while "Cry" brought Hill another Grammy Award. "Fireflies" was the album that produced the singles "Mississippi Girl "Mississippi Girl" and "Like We Have Never Loved at any other time" that was a huge success and earned Hill another Grammy Award.

The most well-known of these is her time as an WWE sportscaster and the ring announcer from 2016 until 2021. She also became famous for her role under the ringname Charly Caruso.
